Chapel Porth is a consistent, quality, fast beachbreak that works at all tides except high, when the beach disappears. Fair number of peaks up and down beach means it can handle a bit of a crowd, but it does still get busy particularly as the cove narrows towards high. Tends to get hit by wind fairly quickly, so often best surfed early on.
