Gwynver (Gwenver/Gwenvor) is the most consistent spot in Cornwall, thanks to a swell window that runs from S to NW. Works tide round, except high when it gets fat and hard to access. Beachbreak A-frames, that can get hollow on their day, plus a fickle sand & rock right point off the north headland. Generally stays fairly quiet thanks to the trickier access, but summer can get busy.

Either walk from Sennen Cove, which is often cleaner/less mushy and slightly smaller, or park at the cliff top beach parking and walk down the steep access path - no facilities though, whereas Sennen has surf schools/shops, cafes, etc.

Rocky, rippy, tricky access and watch out for the adders!
