Pendower, along with neighbouring Carne, is a sheltered, fickle, beachbreak that generally only works on large SW groundswell. Any tide, just dont bother checking unless everything else is massive. Rocks and rips.

Parking just behind beach, along with National Trust facilities just up towards Carne end.
