Bacton's, similar to surrounding Mundesley's and Walcott's town groynes offer waves of a little more shape and structure than the surrounding stretch of average Norfolk beach break. Best at mid to high tide, with NE swell and SW wind. Big northerlies can result long hollow lefts. Look out for groynes, crossshore drift, occasional crowds and suspect water. Car parking just off beach, toilets and chippy in village.
