Sea Palling is an unusual series of fast, sometimes hollow, sandy bottomed beachbreaks in coves formed by offshore sea defenses.

• Pool 1 - north, best at low to mid tide.
• Pool 2 - south, best at mid to high tide.

Spot handles swell N through E, and to a greater size than the surrounding standard Norfolk beach breaks. Decent wind shelter from all directions except E, ideal from SW. One of the only spots for shelter in East Anglia.

Watch out for reef, rips and shoredump.

Small amounts of free roadside parking, paid carpark to the south, campsite nearby.
