Long stretch of sheltered beachbreak, joining up with East Wittering (webcam), and generally a bit smaller. Works at all tides, generally better mid down to mid low. Avoid tidal extremes. Decent groundswell causes closeouts more often than not, so wind swell in the waist high range is often the best bet, and can roll for a distance. Big local longboard crew as a result. Gets pretty windy, and not much shelter, so popular with wind- and kite-surfers.
