Portrush East Strand is a biscay style beachy that's infamous for breaking boards. Tough paddle out when big, and gets busy, as it offers some shelter for big winter storms. Main beach works all tides, and Arcadia Left off the fishery on the west headland, at low to mid, for the experts only.
