Consistent exposed beachbreak, works all tides, but often better towards low. Best with a decent size westerly groundswell wrapping in, tends to close out in northerlies. Rocks around, particularly towards headlands and towards low.

• Main beach or Big Beach to west, generally a little smaller and much quieter. On huge winter swells the sandbars towards the rivermouth can work nicely, otherwise mostly towards mid and easterly end. [Parking](latlon:55.291772, -7.144879) and a walk in.
