Tramore is the centre of SE surfing and home to the biggest surf club in Ireland. Long 5km stretch of beachbreak that can turn great with a (sadly rare) northeasterly offshore. A-frames up and down at all tides, but usually better higher, with a quality left at the Brownstown end around mid.

Often busy, but can handle a crowd. Dubious water quality thanks to town run off. Rocks around, rippy, particularly as it gets bigger. Shops, surf schools, facilities in town, parking behind the beach.
